One of the key ways we help farmers is by providing technical support on scientific animal husbandry practices. Our team of experts is available to answer questions and provide guidance on everything from breeding and nutrition to disease prevention and management. We work closely with farmers to ensure they have the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
Community Farming Is The Future Of Dairy Farming
In addition to technical support, we also provide financial assistance to farmers through various loan schemes. We understand that access to capital is critical to the success of any business, and that is why we have established partnerships with banks and financial institutions to provide loans to farmers at low interest rates. We also guarantee loan repayment on behalf of farmers, making it easier for them to access the financing they need to grow their operations.
At Priya, we are committed to improving the socio-economic conditions and livelihood of dairy farmers. That is why we have set up a Dairy Demonstration Farm (DDF) at our Mogar facility. The DDF is designed to demonstrate scientific methods of dairy farming, and encourage farmers to use high yielding animals and modern aids to increase milk production. The project has been a huge success, and has helped thousands of farmers increase their cattle holding size from small to medium size.
